Who are our clients?

We are trusted by companies of all sizes, some with a few employees in one office to others with many more employees spread across different cities and countries. Some clients include law firms, financial services, medical and miscellaneous corporations.

Where is a data stored?

All data is securely stored on cloud servers located at major data centers trusted by Fortune 500 companies. Some of these data centers include Peak10, IO Data Centers, Equinix and others. All data centers are HIPAA compliant and have successfully completed SSAE-16 standards.


The entire network that Cloud4Office clients are on is encapsulated with Enterprise grade firewall. We use CISCO ASA along with IPS systems to prevent attacks on the environment. Additionally, all servers by default have Windows firewall. Clients are welcome to deploy additional firewalls and other security tools to meet their corporate security policy.
